To confirm your booking you are required to sign and return your contract and pay any due deposit as requested.

THE DEPOSIT:

Paid by Credit/Debit Card via secure ‘PayPal’. (The link can be found at the bottom of this website.)

THE BALANCE:

The balance is payable in cleared funds at least 30 days prior to the event date.

Two options:

Before the function by cheque or via Secure ‘PayPal’ on our website – We require cleared funds 30 working days before the function date.
During installation in CASH only (Must be agreed in advance).
Please note: We do not accept cheques, it’s 2019!

PLEASE NOTE: We are a company that is renowned for ‘keeping it cool’ – our DJs will use common sense and discretion. Unfortunately the ‘Birdie Song and Agadoo’ are NEVER cool!!!!

YES! We have a great selection of DJs.

Some DJs offer a broad spectrum of music and others specialise! We have Djs to cater for most styles and requirements including:

70’s, 80’s, 90’s, Big Band & Swing, Jazz, Motown, Soul, RnB, Disco, Rock, Northern Soul, Indie, Dance, Deep House, Old Skool, Funky House, Acid Jazz, Latin, Salsa, Love, Rock…! The list goes on.

This is an important topic to discuss with us during your consultation.

 

It’s totally your choice! All DJs will have a microphone and will make announcements for you if required. However, we won’t talk all over the music and attempt and ‘witty’ banter…we let the music do the talking. However, we can supply professional even hosts when required, a popular choice at corporate functions and charity events.

Your choice! Our standard DJ set lasts 4 hours ie: 8pm to 12am. Extra hours can be booked if required.

If your DJ is playing alongside live entertainment this will be included in the Djs set time, even though he is not actually ‘Mixing’.

If you are having your sound and lighting equipment installed prior to the event, we can sometimes arrange for your DJ to arrive later and ‘shift the set’ ie: 10pm till 2am – Call for details.

For large events & all day events, we recommend a background music system to help ‘ fill the gaps’, this is cheaper than paying for extra DJ hours or live entertainment and much more flexible.

YES!  This charge does depend on the Dj, venue & staff numbers on site! It’s best to speak to us for more details and accurate quotes.

We can also supply background music systems for early evening entertainment and afterparty systems so the party can continue following the live Dj set. This option may be more flexible and cost-effective – Ask for details.

YES! We know the agents, the systems and work with numerous reliable companies.
