Case study:: Amazing wedding marquees at Boughton House

The brief: Our client wanted to design with our guidance the perfect marquee for their wedding day. Laura had a very clear vision and we thoroughly enjoyed our time working with Laura & Liam helping make things perfect for the big day.
Creating the first impression: We started with a blank canvas looked at Boughton House and selected the best location for the marquee considering:
- The house & the lakes
- Guest arrival
- Wedding breakfast & top table
- Entertainment & bar
- Evening reception
The venue is simply stunning and to make the very most of the surroundings we decided on a total vision glass gable end and roof of the marquee. This enabled an amazing view of Boughton House wherever you were seated for the wedding breakfast. The walls of the marquee were all total vision which gave the feeling of space, enabled all guests to enjoy the view and gave a breathtaking backdrop of the lakes and water fountain behind the top table. A white illuminating circular bar was positioned in the center of the marquee with lots of space, perfect for pre-drinks and the evening reception.
LED furniture was positioned at the glass gable end of the marquee all day and night. This created the perfect space for pre wedding breakfast seating and a striking illuminated chill out area during the evening reception.
The entertainment area was located at the opposite end of the marquee. A large stage benefited from a fully programmed stage lighting production setting the stage for the evening entertainment and production. A wow factor polished white dancefloor was supplied and completed with an amazing 3m gold monogram in the clients own bespoke designed initials and shipped in for the wedding from the USA.
