Corona Virus/Covid-19 – Cancellation/Reschedule (Updated 18th March 2020)


We understand the current situation is very worrying. With advice changing by the day we are operating on shifting sand. After 25 years of trading we operate with firm financial foundations and will be here when this is all over!

So…The big question is what happens if you need to cancel or reschedule?

We are working within the policies set out by Public Health England and the government on COVID-19.


Where we stand:

For your information here is clause 5 of our up-to-date standard terms and conditions signed at the time of booking:

 ‘In the event of any cancellation or reschedule, any booking fee or deposit that has been paid is non-refundable. Cancellation charges will be made as follows: • Notice given more than 90 days prior to event/hire – None of remaining balance due • Notice given 90-61 days prior to event/hire – 50% of remaining balance due exc logistics costs • Notice given 60-31 days prior to event/hire – 75% of remaining balance due exc logistics costs • Notice given less than 30 days prior to event/hire – 100% of remaining balance due inc logistics costs’


However, to help during this unprecedented and challenging time we will support you. 


1.Reschedule your event

We will offer you a reschedule at no extra cost. You can reschedule at least 24 hours prior to your booking date by email and telephone call please.


To confirm:

  • Your deposit will be held on account and offset against your new booking
  • We will reschedule your booking on any available date within 18 months of the original booking.


2.Complete cancellation of your event

  • Corporate: See standard terms and conditions above.
  • Weddings: Please see standard terms and conditions above. However, please call to discuss matters as many may have wedding insurance etc.
  • Private events: See standard terms and conditions above.


The procedure to reschedule:

Please try not to worry, we have all the systems in place and ready for you.

Please email us the following information to:

  • Proposal/Invoice number:
  • Existing date:
  • Venue name:
  • Rescheduled date or options for consideration:

Kindly note: If your date is unknown please state this and we will retain your deposit on account. Once you agree a new date please update us on email so we can confirm and allocate your deposit(s).


As you can imagine we a dealing with high levels of enquiries and reschedules so please be as patient as you can, we are working as quickly as possible and will come back to you ASAP.
