The brief: A theme party was required for a client. The family were celebrating the children’s milestone ages of 18 & 21. The theme was chosen by the client as ‘Las Vegas’… and we added the ‘Fabulous‘!

Creating the first impression: We started with a blank canvas looked at the family home and selected the best location for the marquee considering:

Client arrival
Drop Off
Parking
Champagne reception

All of which are key to create the perfect first impression. Following this we wanted to create initial excitement from the moment the guests arrived. We fabricated a large ‘Welcome to ‘Fabulous Las Vegas’ sign (resembling the real one) at the main entrance which was perfect as a backdrop for photos on arrival. This was positioned at the start of a VIP red carpet and barriers which led you in style to the clear marquee for the champagne reception. The marquee boasted wow factor red & black carpet which totally enhanced the marquee and gave the desired high impact first impression.

Creating the entertainment area: To enforce the event theme, the main entertainment area boasted an array of decorative lighting, furniture, props and special effects including:
