Case study:: Amazing 40th birthday celebration!
- EVENT: Private
- VENUE: Private
- BUILD TIME: 3 days
- GUEST NUMBERS: 100-150
The brief: Our client wanted to design with our guidance the perfect marquee for her 40th birthday. Helen had a very clear vision and we thoroughly enjoyed our time working with the family helping make things perfect for the big celebration.
Creating the first impression: We started with a blank canvas looked at private grounds locating the best location for the marquee considering:
- The house & the gardens
- Guest arrival
- Evening food
- DJ & band
The private house and gardens are simply stunning and to make the very most of the surroundings we decided on a total vision glass gable end and roof of the marquee. This enabled an amazing view of the private gardens which we illuminated in exterior white and green event lighting. One side of the marquee also benefitted from total vision walls which gave the feeling of space, enabled all guests to enjoy the view of the established trees and gardens. A white illuminating circular bar was positioned in the centre of the marquee with lots of space and drinking close the dancefloor!
LED furniture was positioned on either side of the dance area. This created the perfect space for chilling and drinking close to the dance area and visually injected some major ‘WOW Factor’.
The entertainment benefitted from a large stage with fully programmed stage lighting production creating the perfect atmosphere for the evening entertainment and production. A wow factor polished white dancefloor was supplied with 3 mirrorballs creating some mega sparkle and shizzle for one amazing evening of live and DJ entertainment!
